Costa Coffee - Stevenage

Disgusting costa- the worst I've ever been. particularly disappointed by a female worker with long dirty blond hair cannot remember her names. Believes it started with a k she was rude and spoke me as a customer. I asked for a hot latte and she was not satisfied with it. never want to come again, will stay outside at costas. disappointed.

We have visited here many times in the run of the years and can understand the people mixed reviews, but recently we think that its much better service and friendliness depends on what the staff to time, but we continue to visit for coffee...and lunch

Came in here today to buy a drink to take away. I'm coming to the counter, no customers are waiting. there were girls behind the counter. you just walk away from the other empty me and lead to ride. then a kerl minute appears. later and asks what I ordered. I answer, "I didn't order anything. I stood here and everyone just ignored me.” He then turns on his college and starts chatting with them. I'm going out. the personal seems to be surprised from a strange reason! costa note the müllrezensionen here and get them a decent staff.

This place was once the most visited place in town. People qeueing outside. That seems a lifetime ago. Team changed and it is unreal how bad this place is now. Not clean, not friendly and with attitude. You dont feel welcome anymore. Last lady serving...me was chewing on her gum whilst saying yes... and not even looking at me. This place wont see me ever again. I go always to costa at debenhams. They know how to let you feel well as customer
