Texas Roadhouse - Steubenville

Called ahead for a table. Got there and texted here. After about 10 minutes was texted to come in. Got inside and was told they accidentally gave up our table but shouldn't be too much longer. After about 15 min. Was seated at a booth with one chair. (Requested table). Didn't get rolls until salads were served. Waitress was absolutely clueless. Never picked up salad plates. Steaks were not what was ordered and didn't receive mushrooms even after the waitress was told. Rice was disgusting. Wasn't fluffy it was gooey and stuck together. Had to ask for checks, then waitress begins to rant as if we hurt her feelings saying she offered to help. Wrong! All around horrible dinner. Never go back!

Friendly and efficient waiters. Good food at a reasonable price. Love to sit in the bar area as the servers there make your visit personal

Service and food is always great. Ice cold drinks and drafts. We always get the steak but the ribs are really good too.

Great location. Service was fast and extremely prompt. Food quality was really good, everything came out hot and the filet was perfectly seared. Staff is obviously trained well and they all seamed happy, which is a rarity these days.

Food is awful. Entirely too salty and someone in my party always gets super sick every time we go. The service isn't any better. You'll sit forever waiting for a table and then wait even more after getting seated to start ordering.
