I only get from this Subway. Especially when Maddie is working. Not only is the customer service outstanding, she gets my sandwich right everytime! In and out within ten minutes. View all feedback.
What SirChedge doesn't like about Subway:
It's a pretty standard Subway, besides being cleaner than most. Not very busy even at peak, and the food is the best you can get at any Subway. A few of the servers here has a sense of humor. They will stuff your sandwich pretty full if you're into that.Vegetarian options: All meat is optional at subway. I am a sandwich lover, and will defend Subway tooth and nail. You make your own sandwich, how can you be unhappy?This location had workers that seemed to absolutely hate their job. Granted, three highschool football players were infront of me and totally rude to the workers. Not paying attention, on the phone, slow to order, not talking loud enough, etc. My biggest pet peeve, so I understand why the workers would be bothered.My sandwich was so delicious, of course, because I made it! Not only was it a good selection by me, but the ingredients all had great taste and nothing was off about it. The cost was more affordable than I thought it would be, given that $5 foot longs no longer exist, I expected it to be around $9 but it was more around $7!!! The thing that irked me is the register asked if I wanted to tip... No i do not. Don't ask again!
Vicki was very rude, not listening to what we wanted on our sandwiches she put pepper on my daughters kids meal tuna sandwich instead of salt, she also said mayo and MsVicki did not listen she proceeded to wrap my daughters sandwich and hand it to the cashier. They did not allow my daughter to get her drink or her apple sauce with her kids meal. Very poor service. Manager was also very rude.Assistant manager was very understanding with my service, she even gave me the corporate number to call.And not one manager has bothered to reach back out to me.
Terrible experience, the young lady was rude because I asked a question about the bread.

Forgot to add my ranch on my wrap ? and maybe a little suggestion but not sure if you do it but maybe ask the customer if they would like their meat toasted a little like you do the subs, other than that the wrap is delicious!
