I am currently a member of bennigans staff and an experienced pantry chef at said restaurant on university Blvd in steubenville ohio. I eat our menu items everyday as well as prepare about 43 percent of our menu. As an employee I am comfortable in my assessment of our restaurant that I have adjucated most of my time. Terrible ownership!!!!! They let there staff treated customers awful and won’t even return the customers call!!!! Very poor ownership! And they have a moron running Brooklyn bagel and If an issue arises! That thing claiming to be a manager won’t even let the owners know about his customers complaints because he thinks its okay to treat people like garbage if there not satisfied with there food!!!!! I visited the restaurant tonight, October 1, 2023, and was seated right away. However, after waiting 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table, we decided to leave. Price per person: $1–10. Food: 1/5. Service: 1/5. Atmosphere: 1/5. Recommended dish: Burger.

On a positive note, our waitress was very nice. I recognized her from our last visit as well; she has tattoos, though I can't remember her name. I was pleased to have her as our server again. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: - Food: 5 - Service: 5 - Atmosphere: 5 The parking was abundant and free, making our visit even more convenient. I hope that food inspections can be improved for a better experience next time.
The bartenders are fantastic! However, Bennigan's really needs to improve their inventory because they haven't had Baileys for months. You can't make a proper Irish car bomb without it! Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Service: 4/5
