However the... read more The place was dead and kinda looks a little rough around the edges but it was clean. The cook seemed to be fairly cheerful at least enough to smile. However the fries were old and cold, and the chicken was semi warm like it had been sitting in an oven or under a heat lamp for a bit. Definitely not freshly made food but pre-cooked for sure as it only took 1 person a couple minutes to put 2 big bix meals together. I'm not sure how their gravy changes flavor, texture and look between one batch and the bect let alone between stores; aren't you all suppose to be following the same recipe? I also find it funny how the meals keep becoming more limited in options and smaller in size but yet the price keeps going up. Take their salads for instance, now you get 2 options instead of three and you pay $3 for 2 bites of food. The lady working the till looked like she would have rather been anywhere else. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but she was very off putting and kinda rude. Almost seemed like she would have preferred if we didn't come in, kinda like we were a hassel. She was very abrupt and rude in her mannerisms. When I asked for ketchup for our 2 box meals she said she gave the other lady some already. (A whole 4 packs) so I said yes but can I get extra ketchup; so she gave me 3 more and then walked away. Don't think I want to go back to this place again.
