Plus, the petrol prices are quite reasonable compared to other nearby locations.

He took the donut to th... read more Today, I asked if there was a microwave to warm up a cold donut, and the incredibly friendly staff member, Kevin, went above and beyond. He took the donut to the kitchen and warmed it up for me, again without any additional charge. Your hospitality is truly outstanding. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that I'm used to dining at 5-diamond hotels, and I feel there could be more variety in your hot drink selection. For instance, Starbucks offers Japanese Matcha, Sumatra, and Javanese coffee, among others. It would be fantastic if you could expand your hot drink options to include things like a regular Caramel Caffè, Arabic Qahwa, or Turkish coffee. P.S. Kudos to Kevin for his hard work and exceptional customer service skills! You are fortunate to have him as part of your team!

However, food orders can sometimes take a bit of time to be prepared, so it's a good idea to order your appetizer if possible. I appreciate that Sheetz offers healthy snack options, and their gas prices are typically competitive as well.

Gas prices are ok, but the fresh made foods and varie... read more I don’t have any Sheetz where I live, but when I need to stop during my travels and see one, I’m stopping. Gas prices are ok, but the fresh made foods and variety of snacks makes it worth the stop. Only one minor complaint this time, the food preparer forgot to add my ordered condiments to my sandwich. I didn’t find that out until I was well away from the place. Not a deal breaker though, because the sandwich had plenty of meat inside and it still was delicious!!

Best thing about this location is the staff remembers your name, which makes this experience pleasant and welcoming. In addition, the Sheetz location is well-stocked with the most convenient made to order meals and snacks find in large grocery store food chains. Mahe sure you sign up for the Sheetz card too, as this makes your purchases valuable over time with points toward free items such as coffee, soft drinks and sandwiches too.
