When I ask for, and pay for, double protein (i.e. chicken in a salad), it seems that I rarely get it. They need to pay closer attention to the specifics of each item ordered.

I?m beginning to wonder about their control over co... read more I?m home bound and once awhile a friend and I treat ourselves to a Friday evening dinner delivered by Uber . I?m beginning to wonder about their control over consistency. I get the steak and cheese and I never get the same bread and the amount of steakhas been shrinking! The french onion soup is consistent. My friend usually has 1 item that?s wrong but when you call it becomesUber?s issue! They don?t cook and assemble order. I?m not able to run over and get the missing items and Uber is onto the nextperson. Who?s watching the kitchen??

I really appreciate the two-option selection, and the diverse menu caters to all kinds of dietary preferences and cravings. Their app is fantastic; it saves a lot of time, and the local ordering screens are also impressive. I've been here many times before, but today's customer service truly stood out and deserves a glowing review. The gentleman who served our food was incredibly pleasant and friendly; it was clear he takes his job seriously. He answered all my questions and even brought me a cup for my iced tea. Additionally, as I was leaving, a woman went above and beyond by helping me clear my tray when she noticed I was juggling my personal items along with my food. Overall, a delightful experience!

I placed my order through the app as I arrived, walked in to find a seat, and was notified that my food was ready a few minutes earlier than expected. The restaurant was busy yet remained very clean, and the sausage, egg, and cheese on Asiago was delicious.
