O'malley's - Sterling
O'malley's
Description
Tucked inside a hotel, this pub delivers hearty bar fare—standout nachos, wings, potato pizza and a surprising mushroom risotto—paired with an extensive beer-and-cocktail program and Wednesday live music. Service is generally friendly and quick, portions are generous, and the cozy, lively atmosphere suits hotel guests, conference groups and families. Inconsistency affects a few dishes (soup, a claimed Margherita, salty chili) and authentic Irish elements are lacking, but many diners find the overall experience worthwhile.

The experience was horrible. Food was cold. The rueben sandwich was warm. The onion rings were cold and overcooked. The burger was charred and cold. Rice was dry. Egg on burger was dry and overcooked. We waited forever to get the attention to get it fixedonly to wait even longer. The poutine was good. The rest wasnt worth it at all. The staff didnt speak or understand goodenglish. This was a nightmare.
We had a great waitress abs the good was good. The bratwurst appetizer was good, the pasta dish and the Shepard's pie were delightful
Undoubtedly the worst poutine I 've ever had. Freezer fries with a miniscule spoonful of thin gravy and a couple spots of melted cheese not curds. An insult to the dish it claims to be.
Was ok was looking for Sullys for kareoke, but landed here by accident. Had a decent meal and some wine- just no fun. Will try for Sullys and kareoke again next Tues. This restaurant part of hotel.
Sports bar atmosphere that’s a bit nicer than what you’d typically expect. The food was pretty good, and the menu wasn’t limited to the usual fried garbage that you find at bars. Nunu gave excellent service! He took good care of me and kept myglass full. He was very helpful in answering my questions about how to get around. Thank you, Nunu!
