The person at the cash registe... read more Last night, we made a reservation for two, but when we arrived, there was no seating available despite notifying them in advance. The person at the cash register informed us that they were fully booked. I expressed my disappointment, mentioning that this was not how to treat customers. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The cashier even threw his hands up in frustration in front of everyone, which I found very insulting and humiliating. The buffet looked stale and unappetizing, and many patrons were left waiting for their food. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, and I will not be returning. It's important for your employees to learn basic manners.
