What on earth?! To start, the staff here is amazing. They are exceptionally friendly and efficient—truly top-notch. The prices are also quite fair. However, I'm baffled by what happened to the original chicken recipe. The flavor was terrible! I really wish they'd bring back KFC's original recipe. The only redeeming quality of the chicken was that it was fresh and hot, but overall, it was such a letdown! View all feedback.
What a surprise! To begin with, the staff at KFC are outstanding—extremely friendly and efficient, truly excellent service. The prices are also reasonable. However, I’m completely confused about what happened to the original chicken recipe. The taste was awful! I really hope they bring back KFC’s classic recipe. The only positive was that the chicken was fresh and hot, but overall, it was very disappointing!
The atmosphere might give an impression of being unclean, but the restaurant was actually very clean. The sandwich I had was delicious, and the fries were freshly prepared.
I waited almost 30 minutes for my order because it was made fresh, but other than that, the food and service were good.
The chicken was very disappointing, the mashed potatoes were sour, the biscuits were reheated and tough, and the fries seemed overcooked multiple times. Overall, the chicken lacked flavor.
I had a very frustrating takeout experience at this KFC location. I usually order online, but every time I visit KFC Sterling, there’s a major issue. They never have a record of my order and ask for my name repeatedly—five times in total. By the fifth time, I was practically shouting it. Then they disappear for a while, only to come back and ask what I ordered again. After repeating it six times, they finally locate my order. The food is decent, but the whole process felt unbearably frustrating. Since Bojangles opened nearby, I haven’t felt any urge to return to this aggravating fast food spot.
