To begin with, the staff at KFC are outstanding—extremely friendly and efficient, truly excellent service. The prices are also reasonable. However, I’m completely confused about what happened to the original chicken recipe. The taste was awful! I really hope they bring back KFC’s classic recipe. The only positive was that the chicken was fresh and hot, but overall, it was very disappointing!

They never... read more I had a very frustrating takeout experience at this KFC location. I usually order online, but every time I visit KFC Sterling, there’s a major issue. They never have a record of my order and ask for my name repeatedly—five times in total. By the fifth time, I was practically shouting it. Then they disappear for a while, only to come back and ask what I ordered again. After repeating it six times, they finally locate my order. The food is decent, but the whole process felt unbearably frustrating. Since Bojangles opened nearby, I haven’t felt any urge to return to this aggravating fast food spot.
