When I mentioned to another staff member that customers should be treated well, as it can affect reviews negatively, their response was, "Ma'am, we're not here to please everyone." It's unfortunate that they have employees in positions like this when others could likely do the job with more enthusiasm. Additionally, the chicken was overcooked and burnt.

It's definitely not mine because I have long hair and the hair I found was short. This is really disgusting. I hope the staff will start using hairnets or be more careful in the kitchen.
