What Michael Perez doesn't like about Inca Maya Grill:
This place was terrible. I ordered a whole chicken with yuca and beans. Everything was terrible. The beans had no flavor but were at least cooked well. The yuca was fried twice with dirty oil. Ordering beans and cheese papusas. They were freshly prepared and tasted well. Appropriately expensive.
Very good food with perfection. Simply authentic home good taste. Will be back to try more. The pupusa was excellent
That was our first visit. The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. I'm looking forward to another visit soon.
My family and I thought we found a local papusa hub we could fit into our routine. Their papusas are great, but the excess wrapping possibly leads to the over priced papusas. I went again today (3rd time) and a $40 tab for 12 papusas to go was accompanied with the spin around of the paydtation for a tip..... Seriously? I asked for 15 papusas to begin with and my order is TO GO. She actually expected me to tip. Sorry. The greed will keep me from going back. Lost a potential regular. So sad.
