They need to hire more people the waiting was ridiculous

We were seated towards the back of the restaurant by the women’s bathroom. My issue wasn’t with where we were seated but it is with the way the bathroom smelled! I took my daughter to the bathroom twice and we both,as well as patrons, had to hold our breath while we were in the bathroom because the stench was just that overwhelming! Something needs to be done about that because it may cause employees and future customers to become sick

Walked through the door and waited minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Then when I told her I had open table reservations she had no idea what that was and left for another few minutes to ask and then finally seated us. Then took forever for a server to come and when he did, he didn’t know anything about the menu and told us we could order sides with our pasta dish that he later told us from across the bar and behind the counter that was canceled because it didn’t come with the meal. Our food was delivered to the wrong table. When she found our table she threw down our food literally and ran away. We had no silverware or napkins or anything and I had ordered ribs. Service was terrible. Our bill came and they added the other tables order too! It was wrong. This was a terrible experience and I couldn’t believe how unprofessional this place was!!

Shelly was a great server. Truly made my visit home enjoyable

Had reservations, had to wait to get seated which at first was an eight minute wait turned into minutes plus non reservation families with a party of or more seated before me. What's the point of a reservation like warm food
