Olive Garden Italian - Sterling Heights

Pandemic dining sure has changed everywhere. We finally got a seat our 3rd day trying and had a 15 min wait, they have incorporated a text alert for seating order. The text link provided a menu so we knew exactly what we wanted by the time we sat down. The food was excellent and absolutely nothing was lacking. Our server, Jonathon U was such a sweetheart and made sure we had anything we needed in an impressive time and with a smile. They were slammed and understaffed but we had a wonderful experience and to me- that really speaks to the staff excellence.

I haven't experienced dine-in for a while consistentently. I unfortunately haven't had Olive Garden for an even longer time. A lot of that has to do with the pandemic. My experience at this location was nothing short of phenomenal. It was an appreciated return for sure. I was quoted 30 minutes for my party and I to be seated and we were only there for 10 minutes. I knew good things were on the horizon. Once seated Tiffany was assigned to help us out. She was professional, courteous, and helped make our experience enjoyable. She suggested the lasagna bites appetizer, and as you can see I couldn't get the picture fast enough. They were amazing. Keep up the great job.

I have avoided chains and certain places because it’s usually lacking since the pandemic but wow, did they really surprise me. This location is incredible. Spent 53$ on take out and they included every extra we asked for, order correct, hot, ready at the time it was said and the person who brought it out was so friendly. This is an amazing location with great people whom I appreciate so much. I ordered takeout after a long hard day to make life easier and I was so so so pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much team. I will be taking your survey so your company knows how hard you were working on a Tuesday night!

I loved the minutes I got at the end, it lightened up and made my whole eating experience 50 times better! also these nice men named jesaja got me many refills on my glittering water

Today i was very hungry after work, decided to give them a shot, i had a very nice night and it was a great experience. Servers name started with a L i think, great service! refilled my drinks! overall great night
