Rude man at window. I always ask for fries with no salt because typically fries are too salty. Rude guy says we never put salt on our fries. I asked him when did they stop. He didn't have the courtesy to answer me. Glad the female (I believe was a manage) gave me my order because she was nice. Mr jerkface wouldn't even look at me. View all feedback.
I entered the restaurant and ordered some food with a positive attitude. However, while I was eating, one of the staff members made a rude comment, implying that people only come in to order because they are poor. I found this behavior to be unprofessional and unacceptable. I plan to contact the company headquarters to report this incident. It may be necessary for them to consider firing some of their staff members.
I had only the best pagan and pommes. great drive thru teamworkers. not sure what he does, but he needs an increase.
Food was hot and fresh. They had no shakes or ice cream
They not getting any star from me, they are so slow , so bad service each car has to wait half an hour to get someone take its order, they not serving milkshakes and ice cream but you not gonna know that till you get the speaker !!! so you may wait in the drive through line for hours without knowing that !!!!
The late night staff members are rude and unhelpful, often speaking disrespectfully about customers over the loudspeaker. It seems they are unhappy about assisting customers, and whoever was working the drive-thru on the night of May 18th from 10:20pm-11pm needs to consider a career change as customer service is clearly not their forte. I will not be returning to this establishment.
