Bj's Brewhouse Sterling Heights

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Our server was friendly and accommodating, but it took quite a while for us to receive our drinks, even just water. Our food didn’t arrive until over 46 minutes after we ordered, which was nearly 30 minutes after we were seated. I appreciated that she honored the happy hour prices, even though we were at a table instead of the bar, which was a nice touch. I tipped her generously, but I would have preferred faster service since it wasn’t very busy.

Our server, Ramiza, was fantastic! We had a party of six, including two toddlers, and her patience and kindness truly enhanced our experience. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded, the staff remained friendly and accommodating.

We arrived only to discover that our confirmed reservation wasn't actually a reservation at all. Instead, we were informed that we would have to wait an additional hour. The staff explained that their use of the reservation system on OpenTable is merely a way to get placed on a waitlist at the chosen time. We won’t be coming back.

Place was loud, drafty, food all came out at different times (I was done when the fourth person finally got her food), and they’re certainly proud of their food (pricing) considering it’s dressed up bar food.

Waitress was amazing, from cocktail and menu recommendations, timing of appetizers and dinner entrees. Best food everything on the menu is delicious. Fun atmosphere, always enjoy going to BJs!
