Arby's - Sterling Heights

While the staff was always very friendly, something was different today. I ordered the new wagyu bacon ranch burger....the menu board outside clearly says that this sandwich is $6.99 they did not have the jalapeno bits I wanted, so I got mozzarella sticks instead, for $3.49 I was told my total was $12 something, I asked it. I wonder how much money they benefited with this. if you go to this place, by the way, the burger was just ok. the ranch sauce covers the taste of the burger. I scratched the sauce.

I was just there about 10 minutes ago I ordered a combo broker with pommes and pub they said they had no coke and they gave me my fries not the worst arbys have ever been to not go there

I have visited many Arby's restaurants in the past and have always been able to use two vouchers. However, at this particular location, the cashier told me that it was not allowed. I then asked if I could add a lemonade to my order, but she also said that was not allowed. The restaurant was not busy and seemed barely open, yet they did not seem eager for my business. I will not be returning to this place.

Very poorly run and managed. The fact they are only open 6 days a week and can't even manage more than 10 hours open shows how little management cares about this store. The back is dirty and swarming with insects, oil is frequently reused and the store is painfully understaffed. Incompetent management at every level

The dining room is not open, so drive-thru is the only option. The crew is consistently friendly and the food is consistently good.
