We spent time in the courtyard for a friend’s party and later moved inside when it cooled down. The courtyard was a lovely, open, and sheltered space—a peaceful oasis away from the bustle of Magill Road. Our toddlers were happy to roam freely since we had reserved the area, ensuring we didn’t disturb other guests. Paul, the owner, was incredibly attentive, kind, and generous, allowing us to bring in some pizzas to complement our drinks, along with shoestring fries with paprika aioli and large, gourmet mezze and cheese boards prepared by Ern Malley to cater to our large group. Although I wasn’t drinking, I found myself craving a mulled wine or a Negroni! The interior was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for a group of friends or a date.
