I recently visited this restaurant and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order. The place was not busy. The waffle fries we ordered were undercooked and tasted terrible. Another person in my group had a salad that was also not very enjoyable. It seemed like there may have been a shortage of staff, which could have been the reason for the poor experience.
