Wendy's - Stephenville

Now eating was very good as usual. but in the evening of 4. mai was the young woman on the redner more interested in flirting with the deputy sheriffs before us. No, I didn't misunderstand her. friendly is a thing, this was far beyond the customer service. 5 cars behind us were left to each other because of their interest in the man. I've been politely telling her she's upset. then when it was time to give us our food, she gave it to another worker who says, please wait for her I can't. we love to eat with wendy’s but will not go late in the evening because of bad customer services.

Half the time whenever you come here your order is wrong. It also takes forever to go through the drive-through for no reason.

Nobody in line, no business in the store, still managed to wait a woppin 6 minutes for a single burger and fries at the drive thru? compared to other restaurants, this was very slow service

This location has messed up my order or been out of something too often. Drive thru wait time top ten longest in Stephenville.

This is most slowest place ever. Once you get to the drive thru to order you get can u please wait. Takes 10 min before they take your order. Then you get to the driv thru window and your food still isn't done and their are people waiting on their food. Like what the hell is the wait for?? The youngins are getting dumber by the min. No one knows how to take orders and money and the same time. Needs more work!
