What User likes about Starbucks:
Food and drinks are always amazing. Customer service is always great. Hours always vary, they turn on/off the mobile order that is very aggregating! I called and asked why and got the ridiculous answer at all!!!! The manager's answer was because it's too busy. The app should help. Instead of ordering, I can just pick it up. Order is the main time consumption! View all feedback.
