Absolutely the best breakfast in the Hatch! It’s always our top choice for kicking off a fantastic day of fishing. The restaurant has that classic Florida vibe, and the meals are consistently served hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and interactive. One day, we’ll give lunch a try if the fish aren’t biting! What Katherine L dislikes about Bridge End Cafe:
Charming restaurant located in a renovated house. The service is warm and welcoming, and the food is reminiscent of the 1960s, featuring indulgent cheeseburgers and fries. They're particularly famous for their breakfast, which comes with biscuits and gravy or grits. View all feedback.

We had a great experience there except for the seating. When we arrived, they were full, so we had to wait for a table— no big deal. Another group came in behind us, and they were waiting. Then a man walked in and was seated immediately “at the little two-seater in the back.” (There were two of us. Then, when a regular table became available, the man at the “little two-seater” was moved to the big table, and we were seated at a tiny cramped table in the back. But the rest of the experience was great— service and food were awesome besides this.
Yummy chili with a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich fries. Yummy!
Best Western Omelette I’ve had in some time. Fast friendly service at a reasonable price.
I discovered this place cruising around Steinhatchee with the family. Stopped in for brunch. I had a great Ruben sandwich and fries . The cheese grits and sweet tea were spot on. The prices are perfect. The staff is super friendly and I love the seaside country atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping in for bite to eat.
Stopped here on our way out of town and I sure wish we had found this place earlier! The food was delicious, portions will completely fill you up, and the staff treats you like family. We only had breakfast but the rest of the menu sounds amazing. Don’t forget to get a cinnamon roll (or 6), they are to die for!! Not to mention they’re HUGE! Definitely looking forward to getting back to the Bridge End Cafe. Thanks to all the staff!

Great food and service. But be patient as they get really busy during the season and on the weekends.
We come here 4 times a year.. and love it. But if you are not a local they do not help you very good.. staff can be rude.. ow or can be rude... but if your a local tour table is handled with top service. Refills as many as you want... we get our food and bull at the same time.. and never see our waiter again... sad to see this place not be a place we love anymore.. cause we love the food . But customer service is terrible..
Some buddies and I had breakfast here before we left town. We were not disappointed! The country fried steak and eggs hit the spot.

This is likely the sole breakfast spot in Steinhatchee, and fortunately, it's fantastic! My husband and I ordered the French toast topped with blueberries, as well as pancakes with blueberries and bacon. Both dishes were delightful and offered at a great price.
