Pizza Hut - Steinbach

I just love Pizza Hut buffet!! The all you can eat salad, pasta salad, break sticks and the pizza!!! All very good and tasty!! The customer service is the Best in Steinbach than any other Pizza Hut I have ever visited!! One of my Honey and mine favourites!!

We stopped here for lunch while traveling on vacation. There were a good variety of hot, fresh pizzas on the buffet and a surprisingly fresh salad too. They even had desert pizza my favorite! The waitress was busy but still did a good job.

Can't put my finger on it but it must be management. One waitress was friendly and had a smile the hostess was curt. We ordered 10 minutes ahead on the road and got to an almost empty restaurant at noon. So had we seen this and not ordered already likely would have went elsewhere. The pizza was edible but it's appearance and taste/texture was like it had been reheated for the 3rd time. They have buffet at lunch and with it not being busy we surmise we got one that had been sitting for awhile instead a fresh flavourite that we were anticipating. We can't say that for sure. Everyone had some form of digestive irritation of varying degrees in the afternoon. Atmosphere just like the food. The girl that took payment asked how everything was, I said a hesitant ok she never asked anything more from that so I just left it. She likely knew what we had gotten.

Ordered the bbq chicken pizza.....didn’t want the peppers and onion so added bacon instead. My pizza came with hardly any toppings or cheese but a lot of bbq sauce. It tasted like bbq sauce and bread!! Told waitress, she seen the pizza, totally agreed with me, said she would speak to manager....came back with sorry manager responded with “too bad”, it was measured properly!!! Wth!!! Awful food, please people don’t eat there!!! Go to the Pizza Hut on Fermor in Winnipeg, much much better!!!!

The one thing you can say about a franchise restaurant like Pizza Hut is that they are consistent, what you get at one location you will get at another. I do not mind Pizza Hut pizzas, although they tend to be greasy I enjoy the taste, crust, sauce, etc. I have found the service at the Steinbach PH to be friendly.
