Marchand Inn - Steinbach

Stopped in for a late lunch/early supper, on the recommendation of a friend. He said the burgers were hand made, and tasted great. We ordered the Inn burger from a long list of specialty burgers, which all looked good! The server on this day, was also the cook, and she was helpful in us picking our burgers. The burgers were large, and cooked perfectly. The condiments were fresh, and tasty. We certainly will return on our next visit out that way. There aren 't too many good places to eat in the southeast, but I would recommend to anyone to give this place a try. They also have an extensive list of Pountines, and specialty fries, which we 've also heard are very good. Enjoy!

We've eaten here before, and thought it was worth mentioning again. If your out in the southeastern part of Manitoba, there aren't a lot of restaurants around, not to mention very many with good food! We had the Inn Burger, and a large order of Pountine. There are lots of choices for the pountine, so your sure to find something you'll like. The menu is quite varied so burgers are not the only options, All the meals are home cooked. We certainly have enjoyed our meals every time we've stopped in. So if your out quading, hunting, or just out for a Sunday drive, give this place a try. Friendly staff, and good service to boot.

I love it its cozy and feels like home, food is great i got the fish and chips i give it a four star just becuase of one thing,the wait time to get in I

Got the 2lbs of Wings(bone in), Caesar Salad, and Potato dippers The Potato Dippers were home friesWhich were pretty lackluster.
