Ordered a 4 pce meal. The chicken,fries and gravy was great but when did they start putting carrot cubes in the Cole slaw. STOP stay with the original Cole slaw.

After getting home with my food I discovered the sandwich was completely wrong, there always seems to be an issue here and I’ve spoken with other customers and some of their stories are worse than mine. So this is my last time going here, even though this is the closest restaurant to my house I choose to go farther now because it’s just not worth the headache of dealing with this place. I was an RM for years and it’s just depressing going in there so I don’t know how the manager of this place does it, or maybe the manager of it isn’t involved much at all which would make sense for why it is the way it is. It’s just sad.
Every time I visit KFC, the staff is incredibly friendly. The dining area is spotless, the service is fast, and the food is hot and delicious. They also provide all the necessary condiments. As for kid-friendliness, they gave my son a cookie and engaged in conversation with us, which was a nice touch.
