They struggled to locate my address an... read more I was not impressed with my experience. They didn't even take my information correctly and called me by a different name. They struggled to locate my address and claimed it was foreign. When I asked to cancel my order, they refused, saying I had no choice but to wait. They informed me it would be an additional 15-20 minutes on top of the existing 25-minute delay, and then they blamed the situation entirely on me, insisting it was my fault.

The waitress never came back to check on us, and my boyfriend h... read more Honestly, I don't understand how you can mess up a taco salad, but they managed to do just that. The waitress never came back to check on us, and my boyfriend had to go to the kitchen to request assistance. The salad was overpriced, with hardly any cheese, maybe a teaspoon of taco meat, just a few tiny pieces of tomato, and bland, whole chips on top to cover the lack of substance below. They did replace it, and it was slightly better, but having been there twice in the last month, I can confidently say that I will choose McDonald's next time. They seem to be cutting too many corners, resulting in poor quality.

Upon ask... read more Yesterday my sister and I went in to place a take out order and as I was placing my order, we noticed a posted special for exactly what I was ordering. Upon asking the host if that deal applied, she just said no. When I asked why, she said, “I wish I could tell you” and dismissed me to take my sister’s order. We asked to find out why, and she took her coworker in the back, and when they came back they didn’t say a single word to us, just gave me cash back for the discounted amount (I would’ve preferred it back on my card, but ?‍ .The whole thing was so unprofessional and the level of customer service was at a zero. Which is a standard at this location, bc this isn’t the first time a Steinbach Chicken Chef employee has been either rude, or flat out argued.The food was fine, very mid tier not a big loss to not go back.
