Very full, luckily with a reservation we got seats in a side room that was pleasantly quieter than the large dining room. We were served friendly, quickly and courteously throughout the evening in a relaxed, Franconian manner. The food, from the side salad and potato salad to the knöchle and schnitzel, arrived at the table wonderfully hot. The schnitzel had a fine, loose and wavy breading, the fries were hot, crispy and not greasy. The potato salad does have no onions, but that's always a matter of taste still very tasty. The knuckle had a fantastic crust, unique seasoning and the meat was so tender that it was only held to the bone by the spice mixture and immediately fell off when I tried to cut it. In terms of price in the higher midfield, every euro is justified, weekly and season tickets offer a lot of variety even if you return frequently. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the door, but there are even more a little further down the street in all cases free of charge. We had a wonderful evening, thank you for it and are already looking forward to the next time! Vegetarian options: Vegan alternatives are also included in season tickets. We had the Senior Schäufele, the portion was still large, the meat was super tender and very tasty. It was a very nice evening there.
