Service is miserable. Apparently they 're geared towards tourists who won 't come back anyway: I ordered barley soup and realized that there was bacon in it. As a vegan living person, of course I could not eat them. There was no mention of bacon on the menu. The manager said that was clear to everyone in Switzerland (does that mean: apparently not to me...implicitly: I 'm too stupid??? . I ordered poor quality tomato soup (out of the bag? which I waited a long time for (as a punishment? In the end the boss charged for BOTH soups!!! At my protest and the threat of a bad review, the boss said she didn 't care at all about bad reviews on the internet. I was very angry. Stay away from this restaurant !

Very bad service and very expensive food. Kids wanted ketchup with the schnitzel fries. Service found it difficult to bring ketchup, was stingy (always only 1 mini ketchup bag) from the 2 bags you asked for additional money.
