The food was fantastic and the portions were generous. Our server, Taylor, was exceptional—she kept a close eye on all the tables and ensured everything was running smoothly.
The BEST hand-patted burger in the area. Wish I lived closer. Place was super busy on a Saturday afternoon before the music show, but the 2 waitresses did an excellent job of keeping up with the orders, plus running the register. Great job ladies

I dined here after finishing my taxes. Steelville is fortunate to have the Spare Rib Inn as a part of its community for nearly a century. The atmosphere took me back to Chub and Jo’s in Rolla, MO, from fifty years ago. The ACYE Fish special for $9.99 was quite generous; I found the initial serving too much, so I couldn't even go for my usual second serving of four pieces. The rib dinner also looked enormous. I will definitely be back to explore other items on the menu.
