Very good food, prices seem to vary a little from day to day. I've ordered food from there several times and the food is always very good and they give you plenty of it. They only got my order wrong one time.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.

One of the girls there should legally be required to wear a helmet . At least 10 times this past 6 months she didn't hand the order through the window . Leaving you just standing there and then she can't remember your face from 20 minutes before .Service: 1/5 View all feedback.

Called order in and picked up food and did not have to wait. the only negative is that the prices of food have become expensive. So I can't afford to eat out, but once a month. SucksParking: Jilberto's is inside a market in Valley Center.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is right up front of the market doors.
I know it sounds funny but I came into this restaurant looking for something that was keto friendly so I figured a chile relleno would work.. however when I got it, it was breaded rather than cooked in the egg white batter..traditionally that's the way its done. Was too bread-y for me..so if you didn't know any better you'd probably think this is OK.. the relleno Itself was tasteless.. But I was able to taste was the red sauce that is smothered all over it.. I'm disappointed because I figure with the name like Jilbertos that it would be something authentic but this place is a lot more like a fast food spot. The cashier Also did not even acknowledge I was standing there while she prepared another person's food. A quick I'll be right with you would have sufficed. Atleast they had carrots and salsa that were decent..
