I used to love their popcorn chicken a lot. I ordered 3 of them last Monday, and I was so excited when I got them. When I tasted one of it, it turned SOUR. Then... read more I used to love their popcorn chicken a lot. I ordered 3 of them last Monday, and I was so excited when I got them. When I tasted one of it, it turned SOUR. Then I tried 3 pieces from each box, and they were ALL SOUR. I tried to call and find out what was going on, but they never pick the phone up, though I called for almost 10 times. Then I tried to emailed them, the email notification said the mail box was full so I cannot reach them. At the end I went back to the store and asked them about the situation, they didn’t even look or smell, just told me that “this is normal, we replace the chicken every THREE days so there’s no chance the chicken is expired”. I knew that the taste of the chicken were NOT normal, but they refused to provide a refund. It was super disappointing and I would never go again.

However, to my disappointment, all... read more I used to really enjoy the popcorn chicken at this restaurant. Last Monday, I ordered 3 servings and was excited to try them. However, to my disappointment, all of the pieces tasted sour. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they never answered, and when I tried to email them, I was informed that their mailbox was full. When I went to the store in person to address the issue, they claimed that the sour taste was normal and refused to provide a refund. I was left feeling extremely let down and will not be returning. It was later revealed that the delivery driver did not bring the food inside the store and disposed of it due to our complaint. This experience has left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I question whether the restaurant's chicken is supposed to have a sour taste.
