Tim Horton - STE-JULIE

Great and fresh coffee always with freshly baked donuts and muffins at the local Tim Hortons in Sainte Julie. Either at the main outlet or at the corner Esso over the overpass at the satellite Tim Hortons.The personnel is always sympathetic and willing and eager to serve all patrons for all your needs with coffee and donuts and muffins with an excellent smile always.

It used to be far better than this, we went there for a breakfast in July 2016 and although I did repeat my order 3 times (3 trios), the lady did not give me what I had requested. After mentioning this to her, she said I should go back in line and order what was missing at an additional cost (which would have been more expensive than the original order). This was the same for the 3 previous orders and the 2 following mine. I am very dissapointed as this place used to be better. I did contact Tim Horton Canada (website) and they told me that the regional manager would get back to me. I still have not received any news so far 2 weeks later.

I have only been to the province of Quebec in Canada but already there is one place that I have become quickly addicted to, Tim Hortons.

The coffee tasted burnt and was not enjoyable. The staff needs to understand the importance of customer service.
