We stopped for gas at the gas station next to this restaurant. We asked where we should have lunch and we were told to try the Sunnivale Diner. The restaurant was busy when we arrived. We received prompt and courteous service. Our server was efficient and friendly, as she was serving alone. We ordered the mushroom and cheese omlette, the hot hamburger platter and the cheese burger with fries. The food was hot, delici... View all feedback.
What Sabrina Kohler doesn't like about Sunnidale Diner:
I'm going to work every day. I always wanted to try, and since vacation here the opportunity presents itself. Let me say if you are looking for “pop and wow” it is not here. What is...here is good home cooked food and a few ladies who are completely beautiful and try the best. I was glad we had the experience and it was a repulsion from my childhood and first jobs. Ladies, you are kind and welcome, thank you for that... View all feedback.
It was a great place. Unfortunately, it's always closed. Maybe something to do with the Tim Hortons right next door. Tim Hortons does it again. closes a small local restaurant.!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, we cannot remember the exact date of our visit.
Server wasn't friendly even though we were the only bullets. Eating was a joke. I usually avoid eating best to go to your first instincts.. not back
We met our daughter fiance' for a late morning breakfast on their way home from vacation. We had 3 full pancake meals with sausage or ham and home fries and a hot beef sandwich, 2 coffees and 2 apple juice. Sunnidale did not scrimp...on servings as we all left stuffed. Good service for less than $50. We will be back.
Quite often go there for breakfast! Service is good, staff is friendly and the food is just fine. Prices are okay as well. Quick and easy if you are in a hurry. Little local café which is great!!!! Do not be deceived by the outside......try it and judge for yourself..
A group of men who are train enthusiasts and former railway workers gather every Friday at this diner. The service is always quick and extremely friendly, with a variety of orders being efficiently taken by the attentive waitress. The food may not be gourmet, but it provides a satisfying breakfast for the group of men who come together to chat and enjoy each other's company. You can't beat the excellent food, affordable prices, and outstanding service at this place. It's top-notch.
