Pizza Hut - Stayner

I ordered my pizza at 1pm, its not like they had just opened. After I ordered online, they said they called me back which they didnt to say they dont have a driver...wtf your a pizza shop get a driver

Ordered a pizza here superbowl sunday and was surprised to see that it was empty.... then I got my pizza home....Not only were ALL the toppings WRONG.... they were raw, cold and soggy. The crust was in the exact same condition. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Not exaggerating, it was sauce, cheese and toppings on RAW crust.... brought it back where the chef stared at it for 3 minutes straight and I just said... "I just want a refund".He kindly looked at my reciept, opened the till and gave me my cash back. It was all kids working too. SUPERBOWL SUNDAY.... and all they had working there was kids...Pathetic. Don't waste your money.

We order pizza from here every Friday night for years and every time we have it delivered. This time was our last! after waiting an hour we called back to find out what was going on- the lady on the phone said she couldn't find her driver so if we could call back in 15min- we thought that was a little strange but we did it anyway. After that 15min we called back and this time she said she couldn't find our order??? so if we could call back again in another 15min she would see what she could do? again strange but we waited and called back and she still couldn't find our order. At this point we were starting to get a bit upset and asked what was going on she said our order should be there very shortly. After waiting another 15min I called back. At this point she said that we order a pizza for pick up and that's why she couldn't find our order and that we would have to order again or take the pizza that has been sitting there- no thanks !!!! I was a bit upset and asked to speak to a manager since we ordered at 7pm and it was now almost 9pm. Once the manager got on the phone I explained what had happened and he basically yelled at me and said that they were very busy and he was giving me nothing and if I didn't want the pizza then fine and hung up on me!! are you kidding me this is how you run a business - we will NEVER be back. I also heard he Is the owner of the Collingwood one too! I will never go there either and will make sure I tell everyone the type of service I received from him!

We quite often go there for dinner or lunch. Food is good and staff obliging; sometimes a little slow depending on how busy it is....Prices comparable with other similar type restaurants. Close to shopping plaza which is good.

Ellie has a smile on her face everytime. I go. she's amazing what she does. her stuff is good.when I go in they put a smile on my face. they all good at what they do.
