Grazia is the hardest working baker and chef in the Collingwood area. Store front in the small town of Stayner (worth the drive from surrounding towns). Call ahead to ensure she is open on Saturdays as she now attends the Wasaga Beach farmers market and other community events, and is a one woman operation. Closed Sunday. A gem in a small town. The owner is right from Italy. This place belongs in the heart of little Italy. Authentic cuisine and baked goods.
