The quality was okay. the service was bad. we sat down, waited a long time, took our own menus and still had to get someone's attention, even if the staff often passed us. when another table had to do the same later, they said that I only have one, two hands! (I would have gone at this point if I were her). when we asked a question about a part of the order, we only have the hands answer as well as from another employee. all in all no very beautiful experience. it felt as if they didn't get much over tourist that don't give them back business, well they certainly won't get it from us.
The food quality was average, but the service was poor. We were seated and waited a long time without being attended to, even though the staff walked past us several times. When we finally had to grab our own menus and still had difficulty getting a server's attention, we were met with a dismissive attitude. When we asked a question about our order, we received a rude response from two different employees. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. It seemed like the restaurant didn't care much about keeping tourists coming back, and they certainly won't be getting our business again.

When another table later had to do the same they were told I have only one, two hands!! (I would have left at that point if I were them). When we asked a question about part of the order we got the I only have hands answer as well from another member of staff. People who were known to the staff got star-treatment though. All in all not a very nice experience. It felt as if they did not care much about tourists who don't give them repeat business, well they certainly will not get it from us.
