All of the water, the sandwiches the salads and deserts are incredible. The soup should die. Salmon, fish, bacon, garlic, shrimp, curry, cauliflower, rumours and pesto with crumbles! Soup is ordered so that all seafood is so delicate and soft. No hours of heating in Bruges. The broth is made for each order and then added the ingredients, pure perfection. Was the absolute highlight food wise our journey!

I also recommend the Caesar salad and the open sandwich. The atmosphere is great and the staff are very attentive and sweet. Very recommended!
