Went to Hot Wok tonight did combo #2. They did not give me one of my sides. When I tried to say to the man that one of my sides was missing, he barked at me said 14 dollars. Then I tried again to explain but, he just shoved a pen at my fiance said pay. It was extremely rude. I will not recommend this place to anyone... if customer service is this awful. They need to learn to listen to their customers not purposefully... View all feedback.
Not a place I would go to for Chinese. Not very tasty Parking: Plenty of parking. It is right beside martinis.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEIDC IF the food is good with attitudes like that at the counter. Much better service and great food elsewhere.
They charged a $30 plus dollar tip without our knowledge. Food was good however the bill should have been 60 something. It was $95. What the hell. Hope they enjoyed our hard earned money for a takeout order. They did not give a receipt. This was late afternoon on 4-15-2024
The food is always good. There is an older lady there that tends to give you less food than the other workers.
I really wanted to like this but upon taking the lid off of small shrimp lomein a hair. I called and was told to bring it in the next day that they would want to see the hair. No thank you. A simple refund will do.
