However, our party ordered 2 Chicago styles, the buffalo chicken didn't have the buffalo or ranch sauce on it as advertised on the menu. This was made right by not charging for this pizza. The other was sausage and mushroom. They did not put any cheese on it and corrected the error by providing a container of cheese to take home with the pizza, after we requested some cheese to take with it. The two regular crust pizzas we ordered were great. Like I said, the waitress was wonderful. The issues we had came from the kitchen.

The main issue is that they allow different cooks to bring in their own recipes, which can result in incon... read more I genuinely wish I could rate this restaurant higher. The main issue is that they allow different cooks to bring in their own recipes, which can result in inconsistencies with the dishes. For instance, years ago, I took my children's mother there for a rare date night. She ordered her favorite dish, pasta con broccoli, but what we received was far from it — clearly prepared by someone who didn’t know how to make it. It was disappointing, and I had to comfort her since she had been looking forward to the meal. Soon after that experience, we both learned how to cook it ourselves. I’ve realized that even the tiniest variations can drastically change the taste, especially with the white sauce. I plan to visit again soon and hope to provide a more positive update in my review.

Staff was very friendly and patient for such a large group. Well done.
