They never use the online shelf for online orders. Instead it sits behind the counter where you can see it getting cold, but can't get it. They don't call your name. Every one of them aggressively avoids eye-contact when passing you, SO YOU CAN'T ASK FOR YOUR BAG OF COLD FOOD.

Typically a quiet place to enjoy a meal. While prices have gone up like most other places, they still offer a lot of food for what you pay.Parking: Parking lot is usually empty, most ppl get it to go.Kid-friendliness: While taco bell no longer has a kid menu it does have some smaller items on the value menu that work for kids.

So disappointed in the customer service at this location. I come by about once a month or so for breakfast. Their hours posted suggest the open at 8am.. notice I said suggest because it’s just that a suggestion. They’re NEVER open at 8am. I try to get there around 8:10am to give them a moment to get going, but they never seem to be. The normal week day opener (not sure if she’s a manager or what), is so rude. She claims the fryer is never up going. You’d think if an establishment opens at 8am then they would get to work early to start up fryers, set the kitchen for the day get prepared. I went through this morning she told me they were not open. I asked her why they’re never open at 8am she said “I don’t know what to tell you”. She didn’t give me a time they’d be ready or when I could come back through for them to be open. Just very frustrating to have this happen every time I try to get breakfast from here. I wouldn’t leave a review if this was a first offense.. today was one of MANY!

I think it's impossible for this location to serve hot food. Doesn't matter what time of day you come or how long you wait your food will be cold.

Food was all made terribly. Half of it was cold. My Mexican pizza was just globs of stuff I had to mix myself and nothing inside half of it. The cheesy Gordita crunch has a soggy shell and no crunch, the place was super dirty. The men’s room smelled like weed. And no one who worked there was talking to anyone. Not the customers and not eachother. Overall really just terrible. I feel bad writing this but it took 20 minutes to make bad food and we are on the road so we can’t even go back to get it corrected.
