Mcdonald's - Statesville

The manager was quite rude and displayed an extremely unpleasant demeanor. I was taken aback when she even tried to recruit me for a position there. No thank you! Instead, I would prefer that the manager focus on doing her own job properly, rather than being disrespectful and making customers wait until they leave because they have to get to their own jobs. Everyone else manages to work without negativity, and that's how a job should be handled. It's important to drop the attitude and show appreciation for having a job in the first place. Hopefully, she can improve her performance in the future.

The service here was incredibly slow and quite rude, which is an understatement. Being from the South, I tend to expect a certain level of courtesy that others may not. However, this experience was disappointing. I think I would be better off using the app to avoid the hassle altogether. #losingmylifewaiting

The restaurant was dirty, and the staff was quite rude. The female manager argued with me when I tried to customize my order. I requested a chicken deluxe sandwich but asked to substitute the patty for a McChicken patty. Instead of accommodating my request, she insisted on simplifying it by saying I wanted a McChicken. I had to repeat my order several times, but it seemed like she wasn't really listening.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Big Mac no lettuce or onion. Got my order headed back to work I was on my lunch break. When I took a bite out of the Big Mac there was lettuce. I’m allergic to lettuce and that’s why I don’t get it on my sandwich. So I called and told him an the guy says he’s sorry an he can replace it on my next order so I said ok and he said he had to go let Bobby know an he would be right back and he hung up on me!!! This is so rude an it was my first time eating at this McDonald’s. Needless to say I won’t be back!!

I don’t understand how you have to pull up to the 3rd window to wait and the food is cold everytime. It makes no sense. Top 3 worst McDonalds I’ve been too and I travel a lot. Place needs new management and clean house
