Their food is great and service is usually always great. Except for yesterday. We waited nearly 50 MINUTES in the drive thru for our dinner. We didn’t order anything crazy. A foot long and 2 burgers. We are used to a longer wait time since things are cooked to order but this was a bit much. I could understand if the parking lot was packed but that was not the case at all. We have been coming to jay bees our entire lives but we will be taking a break. This really put a bad taste in our mouths. Your dinner service needs help!

Would have given it five stars but the quality of the hot dog itself was lacking. It appeared to be a very generic dog and lacked flavor and the casing lacked snap. I was expecting better from an establishment that specializes inhot dogs. I would go back and give more of their toppings a try.
