Would have given it five stars but the quality of the hot dog itself was lacking. It appeared to be a very generic dog and lacked flavor and the casing lacked snap. I was expecting better from an establishment that specializes inhot dogs. I would go back and give more of their toppings a try.

However, our experience yesterday was quite disappointing. We waited nearly 50 minutes in the drive-thru for a straightforward order of a footlong and two burgers. While we normally expect longer wait times because of the made-to-order meals, this was excessive. The parking lot wasn’t even full, so there wasn’t any clear reason for the delay. As loyal customers, this experience has led us to take a break from Jay Bee's for now. The dinner service definitely needs some improvement.

When I came in to pick up my cherry yum-yum, the owner greeted me warmly and generously offered me an extra one since I had to make a return trip. Their cherry yum-yums are simply delicious! The owner managed the situation with such grace, choosing not to reprimand the staff member who made the mistake. He even remarked that if this was the only mistake of the day, it was still a good day overall. I truly appreciated their friendly service, and I didn't mind returning at all. I left the restaurant with a big smile on my face. Don’t hesitate to try their cherry yum-yums; you definitely won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to visit again.
