The food is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely. The warm greetings at the door make you feel special! The Caesar salad is amazing! There are occasional inconsistencies in the flavor, quality, and presentation of the food depending on the chef, I suppose. Overall, it's a very good restaurant that I would definitely revisit. What User doesn't like about Fresh Chef:
My three-year-old son was served a raw burger after we had specifically asked for it to be well-done. I have experience working with meat and know that consuming undercooked ground meat can be dangerous due to bacteria. My son refused to eat the burger at the restaurant but wanted it when we got home. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before he ate it and realized it was still raw. I tried to get them out a few times, but tonight decided to dive. taste and presentation is exemplary. they can say they use the best, fresh ingredients. the service was also on the point. the food came out immediately and was lovely. fresh chef?
We visited fresh chef in Statesville.Ive been to Fresh Chef several times im always stuck on the shrimp and grits because its a dish not many places offer. My husband decided to try the meatloaf it was plated exceptional and looked beautiful.However it was dry and had absolutely no flavor at all. Even the gravy on it didnt have any flavor also.My son got the chicken Alfredo the sauce on it also was watery and flavorless. He ended up using the sauce off my shrimp and grits which he loved.The brownie was absolutely amazing.
That was okay. very beautiful atmosphere and beautiful interieur. I think it would be a nice place for a date night, lunch or just dinner with friends and family. I was not overly impressed by the court I chose. her version of the garnel and grumbling. not to wish, but my friend said that her laugh is light, fluffy and mild in taste. she liked it. we had a problem with the circumvent with a certain incident that was embarrassing me. it wasn't our waitress, she was good, sweet and beautiful.
Nice place. Clean and everyone was very friendly. The food was very good and hot.
Great experience. Restaurant was put of two of the items our party ordered, so we were offered free dessert for the inconvenience.
