Clarion Pointe Statesville

The room was clean and ideal for both me and my dog, with no rugs to worry about in case of accidents. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had paid in advance and called to let them know I would be arriving late, and there were no issues when I checked in. I highly recommend this motel, especially for an overnight stay. As for the food and drinks, they offered a continental breakfast with a great variety to satisfy any appetite.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. My sister and I stayed here, and we prefer our room to be cold—like a meat locker! Unfortunately, our air conditioning wasn't working, but the manager promptly moved us to another room. The staff was friendly, and the new room was nice and cool. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area. Rooms: 4/5

As for safety, I had some concerns. It seemed that the hotel rooms were being rented out as if they were homes, as there were many people loitering in front of the rooms, and a large number of individuals were outside drinking until the early hours of the morning.

Room was ok, nothing impressive. Could use updating a deeper cleaning. The bar and restaurant had good service but was definitely pricy for what it is. Outback next door would have been better and cheaper for dinner.Rooms: 2/5
