Impressive beer list, great mixed drinks, and killer burgers, what more could anyone want? Great atmosphere, casual but not tacky, our party felt perfectly comfy even though we were dressed for church, for the most part. Mikey made our night, gave us great recommendations on food/drink, and just served us with aplomb. Great evening, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality casual night out. What Jaclyn Flowe doesn't like about Broad Street Burger Co.:
The food was average at best. The staff at the bar were not friendly. However, the new kitchen runner was very helpful and welcoming, explaining the menu to us. The bartenders did not acknowledge us much during our visit, only when taking our order. Overall, it was not the best dining experience we have had. View all feedback.
Went here for a business lunch and was glad to see plenty of room inside, though it looks small from the outside. Service was fantastic and the burger was really tasty and juicy...everything you would want in a burger! Cant wait to be back LOTS ofgreat choices!
What a wonderful restaurant! They offer a fantastic selection of classic American dishes with a unique twist. I tried the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Broad Street Fries. The chicken was good, but it was the sauce and breading that really made it stand out. I highly recommend it! The Broad Street Fries are quite generous in portion for one person if you order them as a side. The cheese is the dominant flavor, with a subtle hint of bacon. I would have liked more bacon flavor, but the fries were still delicious. Just be careful, because they are quite filling. Overall, this restaurant is a great spot in Statesville with a diverse menu of food and drinks.
Had a good experience. Tenders were fresh and juicy. Fries and onion rings were cooked perfect. They also had a good variety of beers to choose from. Great place to eat in downtown Statesville.
I'll give them some credit for making an effort, but it's not hard to make a salad vegan. However, the bean burger was quite disappointing. The toppings were decent - lettuce, avocado, and corn - but the burger itself lacked any spices and was very bland. I was disappointed and wish I had chosen the mandarin orange salad instead.
On the recommendation of a friend, I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. I am returning the sound advice. I was greeted by a friendly hostess who was genuinely pleased to see me. I sat at the bar and was promptly welcomed by my server. This being my first visit, she was happy to give me time to look over the food menu, and the beer and cocktail list. I needed time. I was most impressed with the selection. The list of NC beers on drought was extensive, and while I travel the state seeking out local ales and lagers, Broad Street had several I had not experienced before. The food menu was quite refreshing for a Burger restaurant. There were new, and creative, combinations of ingredients and toppings to consider, as well as unique appetizers that caught my eye. My server, Nina, was friendly and helpful in answering questions, as well as offering suggestions I might like. She did not hurry me and allowed me time to go over my choices. The fried cheese curds, and Little Toe and Frankie burger were perfectly cooked to order, and presented in a way that made me smile. I totally enjoyed my lunch. The quality, and price, of the food is a value, and well worth a visit. I will return. Thank you!
