I found myself totally offended by how the staff behaved. There was a family with young children that should have in NO way heard the profanities, inappropriate and nasty conversations by the staff. Total lack of supervision! One staff on the phone while behind counter, another sitting on his break with phone.on speaker for another inappropriate conversation. Went to get a fish sandwich, they asked me to wait because they had to cook the food. Waited 15 minutes. Got my food and drove off. They gave me a chicken sandwich. The fish sandwich is at least $2 more.
My food was cold I got an attitude by the employees it was horrible

Drove up to the speaker in the drive thru, the order taker said how can I help you, I said I need one second to see which option I would like for the bo box. The order taker then said “order when you’re ready, but we do close at 10:30pm”. So I took that as don’t sit here in the driver thru forever. RUDE! Won’t be back either!
When we got there and the drive through was wrapped around the building. We went inside to eat. It took 10 minutes for someone to take our order.Younger employee texting on her phone. She had her child running around, EVEN BEHIND THE COUNTER IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. Her child was handling everything she could reach.Went up to check on our order. We had been waiting over 15 minutes and still hadn't gotten our food. As we aproached the older employee and let her know, she explained they were understaffed today. Our food had been ready and It was just sitting there and no one putting it on a tray.Once we got our food, we got the wrong biscuit for my husband. He ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese. He received a Bacon, egg and cheese. The food was overcooked and not as good as we have had before. The biscuits were hard, even in the biscuits and gravy. They were hard crumbly.We usually have good food and service. We just had a very bad experience today.
