Arby's - Statesville

I visited this fast food restaurant late on April 8, 2022, and I was impressed. It was the cleanest fast food place I've been to in the last two years. The staff was exceptional and very courteous, and my order was prepared quickly.

Before today, I would never have considered visiting this Arby's location. My previous experiences with the service and food were terrible. However, when my friend wanted Arby's, I decided to go along with it, and I'm so glad I did! This place has made a remarkable improvement. The woman taking my order was incredibly kind and attentive; she repeated my entire order back to me and was also very pleasant at the drive-thru window. My food was delicious and freshly made, with everything I ordered included – I even received the napkins and condiments I requested. I was truly impressed. You've won me back as a customer! Thank you, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Excellent service! The food was fresh and delicious, with a wide variety of options on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the crinkle cut fries; my wife prefers them over the curly fries. Don't miss the chicken wrap—it's outstanding!

They're brisket is not too shabby. Good flavor and good price considering the price local BBQ shops want for it.
