THIS IS THE SLOWEST, RUDEST, MOST IDIOTIC GROUP OF PEOPLE. There’s no reason it should take so long for it to be fast food. This place is such a joke get it together

Send $24 on half a dozen donuts. Two large coffees. One Bagel toasted with cream cheese and y'all check the pictures out what the cream cheese in the bagel looks like!! Cream cheese with just barely there. The owner looks like he's a Patel, One of them South Indians who are cheap. The food speaks for itself ??. I won't be going there anymore.... I'm a college student and it's right across the street from the college. That's a sad part ....

There is a GOOD REASON that the drive-thru line for this place is typically backed up out into the street during the AM.That’s because it is GOOD!Do yourself a favor park, walk inside, place your order face-to-face.The staff is always friendly, patient …I’m terrible at making my donut choices fast! , efficient, helpful.The management is right there on-site, they work side-by-side with the junior staff. EVERYONE works SO HARD here!! It is pretty damn impressive!They all do their best to get your order right, they’ll “make things right” IF a mistake is made. In comparison, some of the nearby fast food places are horrible. Poorly run, slow service, questionable food quality! They could learn a thing or 2 from this Dunkin! …My ONLY complaints would be that they no longer sell Coconut donuts …not enough demand I was told , their Apple Fritters are weak …the Apple Fritters that I grew up with were HUGE, full of chunks of apple, had a crunchy exterior. Theirs are just a glazed donut with some apple flavor added. I’d GLADLY pay more for a “real” Apple Fritter!

Love the place and I'll be back to get great service from the cashier that wants to sell cars for a living.

This dunkin site has become a complete joke. The staff is always irritated and exasperated with customers as if they have somewhere or something better to do. I ordered a large caramel craze iced signature latte with light ice and was handed LESS than a medium cups worth of coffee. When I asked about this the worker responded we 've always done that, it comes pre-made . I have been a costumer for over 7 years and have never been handed a drink like this. Charging that much for a cup of literal ice is outrageous, and I will not be back to this location.
