They prepare the sushi fresh, made to order, and once they sell out, they're done for the day. I live in Sacramento but make my way to Tahoe every weekend, and this place is definitely my favorite spot.

The chicken in the salad packs consists of large pieces that taste charred, covered in a burnt sauce. On a positive note, the steamed rolls are decent, and I had no issues returning the two sushi rolls.

Finally we ordered broccoli and bark meat with oyster sauce. the next one I can come to a description, was that it resembles a lean kitchen frozen eating we did not eat much of the food and then waited for a bill, we finally got up and went to the recipe area and asked for a bill, our waitress read a magazine! was so disgusting!

The spring rolls tasted like rubber, although the sushi was decent. Overall, the food was lacking in flavor. I suppose we can't expect much from a hotel restaurant. Next time, I think I'll dine outside the hotel. On the positive side, our waitress provided good service and was very pleasant.
