Absolute worst culinary experience and my fiancée have ever experienced. The server was over rude and acted as if we were sitting in his section, this place was not shy and still forever to get our food that came about ten minutes before our drinks. I am naturally a good tipper and may not complain, but it was so bad that I actually complained to the manager who shoots our server dirty look at us during the review. Absolutely terrible experience that stinks because the hard rock is a really cool casino resort
By far, one of the best prime ribs I've had in decades! It was under the heat lamp a little too long because I think the waitress probably went to have a smoke, but at least it was superb in every other category. The service lacked that night, only because they seemed to be under staffed, so you gotta give em credit for pulling it off despite the circumstances. They get a thumbs up all around.
We stopped by for lunch and both ordered the steak. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The mashed potatoes were cold, likely from a boxed mix. While the steak was cooked properly, it could have used more flavor. The highlight of the meal was definitely the chocolate cake—it was rich and delicious! I was a bit let down that there were no beers on tap, which significantly limited our drink options. Overall, I would say this place is more of a last resort if everywhere else is overcrowded.
We cake here on our Honeymoon and will never regret that decision! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and caring. The food was so flavorful. And they even gave us chips and salsa on the house because our appetizers were delayed. Thier shrimp cocktail, beef and barley soup, and burger were soooo good. I HIGHLY recommend stopping by and giving then a try! Thank you for making ourHoneymoon that much more memorable! ????????
